Description: An exhibition of the practice of collaborative drawing, held in the Atrium Space, Bonington Gallery, 11 February 2016.
Inspired by the collaborative Performing Drawology exhibition, 400 students from BArch (Hons) Architecture and BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design at Nottingham Trent University alongside West Bridgford Infant School, have participated in a series of drawing workshops during the course of Performing Drawology.
Led by Holly Mills, Ana Souto and Anja Bendix, academic staff from the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment at NTU, there were three workshops in total.
The workshops encouraged the children from West Bridgford Infant School to work together to create their own Peforming Drawology – classical music was played during the sessions, which some of the pupils responded to in their drawings [Bonington Gallery website].
