Abstract

Overall findings report from a major three-year evaluation of the economic impact of emda's activities since its establishment in 1999. Draws together findings of studies of each of the 12 strands of the 2003 Regional Economic Strategy. The approach is primarily a 'bottom-up' microeconomic methodology consistent with national evaluation guidance.
