Abstract

A Flourishing Region’ is the third Regional Economic Strategy for the East Midlands. It follows the publication of ‘Prosperity though People’ in 1999 and ‘Destination 2010’ in 2003. A Flourishing Region’ sets out our aspirations and long term vision for the region to 2020.
