Abstract
This slide presentation explores how Covid-19 impacts consumers' evaluation/re-evaluation of market offerings. It argues initially for use of the terms 'perceived personal advantage' (PPA) and 'perceived personal disadvantage' (PPD) as appropriate proxies for the term 'value' when applied to complex consumption contexts. It then goes on to show how external factors (e.g. Covid-19) impact consumer evaluations using the online shopping and utility cycling as examples.
