Abstract
Evaluation of the Career Chain programme, which aimed to support the retention and redeployment of skilled staff in the engineering and construction sectors in the East Midlands. Included a review of project performance against targets, Strategic Added Value (SAV), net economic impacts (in GVA), and recommendations for future delivery of similar activity.
