Abstract

This presentation explores the changes currently facing professional management education and draws on the experience of a UK business school in their alignment with the market need for flexible microcredential learning and stackable awards. The presentation will draw on the enablers and barriers of changing the more traditional approach to professional education and gives examples of approaches taken, engaging with business clients and creation of a flexible framework and engaging with University quality teams to ensure there is a clear process for delivery to meet University regulations.
