Abstract

Evaluation of the economic impact of the ICC World Twenty20 tournament at Trent Bridge in 2009, in order to inform emda's evaluation of the impact of its investment in the Trent Bridge redevelopment project. The report assesses the impact of the tournament on regional GVA and employment, investigating the range of expenditures associated with the tournament to calculate net additional spending for the East Midlands from hosting matches at Trent Bridge.
