Abstract

In response to the publication of the second consultation paper "Technical Standards specifying certain requirements of Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA)" by the European Securities and Market Authority, the Open Dialogue Foundation, on behalf of the building True Change Coalition (BTC Coalition) has submitted this study along with comments and proposed changes for inclusion in the planned regulation.
