Abstract

TBS Education [FR] and Nottingham Trent University [UK] have a rich history of offering international experiential learning with short-term student mobility. The "International Immersive Consultancy Project Assessment Week" focuses on the European Entrepreneurial System, combining hybrid delivery methods.

This program involves 120 master's students from Nottingham Business School (NBS), project leaders from both NBS and TBS Education, and local industry in a blended digital and physical format, consulting twelve companies in Toulouse engage with students from the UK, to help address ongoing sustainability and scalability issues.
Throughout the week, students engage in a range of academic activities such as expert presentations, teamwork, business task presentations, and client consultations. Mentors from TBS Education and NBS integrate theory with practical application, in line with HEA pedagogy, PRME sustainability, and globalization initiatives. They guide students in addressing real-world business challenges within an international context, acting as consultants for company clients. These mentors offer fundamental project management insights and help translate company missions into meaningful educational outcomes.

Networking sessions foster interaction with professionals and peers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing global project management understanding. A digital officer ensures effective communication between on-site and remote students. The week concludes with assessments that test students' ability to apply their knowledge to complex projects. This intensive experience broadens students' academic and professional horizons, preparing them for leadership roles in the global market.

Objectives
•Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business case studies led by industry experts.
•Expose students to international business environments and practices to better understand global market dynamics and project management challenges.
•Encourage the triptyque collaboration between peers with diverse backgrounds, wid0e portfolio of companies and researching professors from both institutions on-site and in remote.
•Increase stakeholder notoriety, competitive advantage, new societal commitments, and international effectiveness.
•Design and scale an inclusive, sustainable, human-centric international blended experience.
•Foster an environment in which students can study effectively, develop professionally, and analyze the impact of learnt international experiences to boost their employability.
