Abstract

上海农业学报基因番茄对CMV-cp病毒抗性鉴定杨荣昌徐鹤林余文贵陆春贵 龙明生

因工程国家重点实验室,北京1。。871)摘 要 苗期人工接种,对转化CMV一叩基因
的番茄品种8805RI~R4代进行接种CMV病毒试验。结果表明:黄瓜花叶病毒外壳蛋白基因在番茄中的表达,对抑制CMV病毒病症状的表现及延迟其发展均起到一定作用。
8805R3代对CMV的抗性明显高于R:代,R;代抗性已基本稳定。当高浓度的CMV病毒侵染R;代株时,也会出现100%的发病率,但它们的新生枝能正常生长并开花结果。
利用半叶法测定8805R`(叩+)及8805R。(叩一)接种叶和新生叶病毒浓度,结果是
:cP(+)和。p(一)在接种叶上病毒含量相当,但。p(+)的新生叶中病毒含量明显低
于。p(一)的等位叶,说明CMV一叩基因的存在,限制了CMV病毒粒子的迁移和繁衍,
