| Description: | As part of the Performing Drawology exhibition, at the Bonington Gallery, Andrew Pepper was an invited artist-in-residence on Thursday, February 4th. During the residence he responded to the work currently installed in the space - marks generated by a previous succession of artists, each reacting to the gallery and the opportunity to 'perform' drawing. Pepper used points of laser light to 'trace' existing marks and drawing - following their boundaries between surface and gallery space. These transient, luminous, 'moments' were then published online with no record of the activities left in the exhibition. |
