Abstract

This report reviews Brazil’s international higher education environment and identifies challenges and opportunities for developing international partnerships between Brazilian and UK universities. The report provides actionable recommendations and strategic pathways for designing interventions to overcome these challenges. The report considers the emerging global challenges, such as the recent pandemic, the drive for sustainability, the future of work and the shift of focus from the ‘Global North’ to the ‘Global South’.
