Abstract

A summative evaluation of the High Growth East Midlands (HGEM) programme from April 2008 to March 2010. Sought to measure the effectiveness of the HGEM programme as a means to stimulate business growth and to assess the need for future high growth business support. Assessed overall impact (GVA etc) and Strategic Added Value (SAV).
