Sanders, J and Orme, C, 2024. S3 buddying for PGTI students: evaluation of pilot. [Dataset] (Forthcoming)
Full text not available from this repository.Abstract
As our postgraduate taught provision in the School grows, so has our need to have more formalised support for these students. We're seeing international students arrive late, missing key induction activities. In January 2023 a pilot Buddying scheme was launched to support our new PGT students. This was extended in September 2023.
This project will provide an evaluation of the extended pilot buddying scheme. Focus Groups with Students and Buddies in the Scheme were conducted. All Students and Buddies in the Scheme were also sent a questionnaire to complete. Data set includes 5 anonymised Focus Group transcripts (3 Students, 2 Buddies) and two questionnare data (Students and Buddies)
