Abstract

Hosted by the national network of CAP trainers (GTiCA(A)P) as part of PPN Week 2024, tutors from three CAP courses in England provide an overview of the opportunities for career development that CAPs can consider post-qualification, explore the workplace landscape that aligns with these opportunities, and outline suggestions for how CAPs can use this information to plan their own careers and continuing professional development.
