Abstract

The report presents findings from the 2025 Engage for Success Annual Survey, conducted in partnership with Nottingham Trent University, examining employee engagement across the UK workforce. It explores the critical role of engagement in driving organisational performance, workforce wellbeing, and national productivity. Testing the four enablers of engagement (Strategic Narrative, Engaging Managers, Employee Voice, and Organisational Integrity), the report highlights key trends, risks, and opportunities, particularly in relation to economic inactivity, long-term health conditions, and inclusive leadership practices. The findings offer actionable insights for organisations and policymakers, supporting evidence-based strategies to help Keep Britain Working.
