Abstract

This dataset contains recordings, transcripts and notes of interviews, and written responses, collected for a project commissioned by the Legal Services Consumer Panel (LSCP) in collaboration with the Legal Services Board (LSB) of England and Wales to answer the overarching question "How can regulators be more creative in using their powers, levers and influence to find multiple (and creative) solutions to the problem of unmet legal needs as it relates to access to justice?"
