Abstract

This dataset contains epifluorescence images of E. coli TOP10 cells transformed with different Expression plasmid constructs encoding different protein acquired using a Nikon Eclipse [model] microscope. The purpose of this dataset is to visualize chain and clump Formation of bacterial cells.
