Abstract
UK higher education carries the important mission of decolonising education and of promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and institutions are putting serious efforts into ensuring learning and teaching within HE align with such goals. As scholars who do not identify as the White British majority, we regard these as significant goals that must be achieved, especially as we believe that this directly relates to overall student learning regardless of background. In this opinion piece, we present some of these objectives in more detail as well as concrete and recent examples and approaches from our best practices across disciplines.
